LED Post Top Lights questions
Confirm model-specific requirements before ordering.
How do modern, lantern and acorn post tops differ?+
Their housing styles suit different architectural preferences. Select the appearance together with light distribution, pole fit and the required output; housing shape alone does not establish coverage.
Does photocell-ready mean the photocell is included?+
No. The photocell-ready lantern versions list a base and shorting cap; the photocell must be purchased separately. Other listed versions include a photocell. Check the exact version before ordering.
Will the light fit my existing pole?+
Compare the pole-top dimensions and mounting arrangement with the fixture installation instructions. Verify the pole condition and any required adapters before buying.
Should I choose the highest available wattage?+
Choose the setting through a site layout that considers pole height, spacing, pedestrian routes and nearby properties. More wattage is not automatically a better result.
What information is needed for a post-top quotation?+
Provide the fixture style and SKU, pole count, pole dimensions, mounting heights, site plan, photocell preference and delivery location. State fixture quantities separately from pack quantities.
